The combo's pretty obvious. Gatherer says once and done, but it was the understanding of myself and a few other people that the trigger for losing the game is delayed further, thus requiring Sundial's activation perpetually. Which is right?
Chance for glory says "At the beginning of *that turn's* end step....". If you skip that turn's end step, the trigger never triggers. Though, even if it did, you could have stopped the turn with the trigger on the stack which also would have stopped it from triggering again. So, no, it will not need Sundial perpetually. Once "that turn" is done and once "that turn's" end step is finished or skipped over, Chance for Glory no longer has any point where it can trigger.
Chance for Glory's delayed triggered ability looks for a specific event: the beginning of the end step of the extra turn created by Chance itself.
There is no triggering event that can occur on any other turn. Thus if the the triggering event is skipped (such as Time Stop earlier in the extra turn) or the triggered ability is exiled (Time Stop while ability is on the stack) or countered (as with Stifle), the event can never happen again and the triggered ability can never occur again.
