So I have been working on an Orzhov angel deck in arena and I think I found an issue with one card: Angel of Destiny. I played a mirror match with another angel/cleric deck that also had Angel of Destiny in his/her deck. Turned into the biggest stalemate ever with life gain and lifelink exploding. But the problem we ran into was the second effect of AoD... For some reason neither of us were losing the game from being attacked by AoD, until finally he/she won by attacking with two AoD after we both wracked up over 250 life (insane!).
I have attached a picture of the battlefield and final results. You will notice that we both have AoD on each side of the battlefield and both have WAY over 35 life (required for AoD second ability). My opponent didn't have any cards/spells prevent them from losing the game either. Does anyone know what happened here and how we can fix the bug? This was extremely frustrating since I was winning entire time with clearly way more life than my opponent, and attacking with my AoD which never triggered. Let me know what y'all think!

This indeed seems to be an MTG Arena bug: there is no reason why the first player to resolve their Angel of Destiny's second ability after attacking with it that turn wouldn't make their opponent lose the game.
As for reporting the bug in hopes it gets fixed, I personaly don't play Arena and this isn't especially our area of expertise here, you'll have to look that up elsewhere. It's probable that's it has already been reported and it's a on list of things to fix, but another report can't hurt either.
I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
