So, I'm stuck. Ive googled for the last 30 minutes now, and I cant get an answer. Umori, the Collector's companion states that every non-land card in my starting deck has to be a certain card type, in my case I want to build an all enchantment deck. Now, Esika, God of the Tree is a double-faced card, but I'm not sure if that means it wont count since one face doesnt have the enchantment type and the other does.
If I can use double sided cards like this, can I also use the lands that have creatures and spells on the opposite side of them, seeing as they wouldn't be under the "non-land" cards that Umori is looking for?
Using card tags is mandatory in the Magic Rulings forum. Please check your private messages to learn how to use them. I've added them for this post.

As a secondary question, for cards that makes opponents reveal their hands and choose a nonland card for them to discard, will double sided cards with lands on one side and spells on the other be targetable?
A double-faced card (modal or otherwise) has only the front face's characteristics while it's neither on the stack nor on the battlefield (C.R. 712.4a). Thus, for example—
a double-faced card has only the front face's characteristics by the time you check deck-building restrictions imposed by companion abilities, since the card is neither on the stack nor on the battlefield at that time (C.R. 103.2, 103.2b, 400.11), and
Thoughtseize will treat a double-faced card in a player's hand as a "nonland card" only if its front face is not a land, regardless of whether its back face is a land (note that Thoughtseize targets only a "player", not any cards [C.R. 115.1a]).
Notably, if you want to reveal Umori as "your companion":
Your starting deck can include a double-faced card whose front and back faces have no card type in common.
If Esika, God of the Tree is in your starting deck, then every other nonland card in that deck must be a creature card (on its front face in the case of double-faced cards).
If I can use double sided cards like this, can I also use the lands that have creatures and spells on the opposite side of them, seeing as they wouldn't be under the "non-land" cards that Umori is looking for?
