Each player would sacrifice all but one of the creatures they control. Each chosen creature is exempted from the sacrifice. (A vow counter already on some other creature would not exempt it.)
You would be placing no vow counter on your creature, so your chosen creature would have its promise already over (unless there was a vow counter on it already).
The controller of Vorinclex would be placing two vow counters on their chosen creature.
