Talking about the card Suspend. The wording makes it possible to exile a man-land and "play" it after the last counter is removed, though traditionally suspend wording let you "cast" things. I presume if I play a creature via this card, it's considered as a cast too?

Your question is confusing. Did you exile a noncreature land card that becomes a creature, or did you exile a creature card?

You may have misread the card.
Suspend targets a creature permanent not a card or spell.
An animated Blinkmoth could be targeted and end up in exile as a suspended land card.
They targeted a creature but they weren't clear on whether the card is creature or noncreature. They didn't name any particular man-land or in what way it was a man-land. We might as well also point out that suspend wording is not to cast things, the word in the definition is "play". cyberium you should disregard what you might recall about how suspend (the keyword) used to be defined.
If the card in exile is nonland it will be cast which counts as playing, if it is land it will be played. So, answering the question cyberium asked, you cast the card only if you know more information than whether you're playing a creature card.

So yes, non-land cards are cast due to suspend's triggered ability.
