Ok so I know Progenitus can be cloned as long as the clone card says "enters as a copy of any creature", but if i clone Progenitus with Wall of Stolen Identity will the real Progenitus tap and stay tapped (until the wall leaves) or will the Protection from everything override that?
Protection does not stop any of WoSI's efects, so yes, Progy gets tapped and remains so.
BTY, the Legend rule still apply: if both Pogenitus are yours, you'll have to kill one.
Protection from everything only does 4 things for the permanent: Damage to it is prevented Equipping/Enchanting it is not possible Blocking it is not possible Targeting it is not possible
Neither the cloning process nor the nested trigger within the ability target, nor does it any of the other things, so pro:everything still won't be able to interfere.
A spell/ability is targeted only if the word "target" is used to identify what it is going to affect. Otherwise the spell/ability isn't targeting. Spells/abilities can affect objects and players without targeting them.
