If I have Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar in play and hit an opponent with Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator in a 4-person multiplayer game, would I get a treasure for each opponent or just 2 treasures(one each for Malcolm doing combat damage and the Kediss trigger)?
Since the trigger condition is "damage to your opponentS", it doesn't change anything if one opponent or all or any number in between get damaged at the same time. It's one trigger and one damaged opponent, so one Treasure. Then the second does it again, but 2 opponents are damaged, so 2 more Treasures.
edit: corrected. should have reread the whole trigger, not just the trigger condition.

Its one trigger, but the trigger can produce more than one token. "damage to your opponents" is followed by "create a Treasure token for each opponent dealt damage". The first trigger from Malcolm gets them one treasure since one opponent is dealt damage; the second trigger gets them two treasures since the other 2 opponents are dealt damage.

First, Malcolm (which I'm assuming is a commander) would deal combat damage to the one opponent it attacked. The resulting trigger from Malcolm would give you one Treasure token. The resulting trigger from Kediss would deal damage to to the other two opponents. This in turn would trigger Malcolm again to give you two more Treasure tokens (because it damages two opponents). "Whenever one or more Pirates you control deal damage to your opponents, you create a Treasure token for each opponent dealt damage."
