So I haven't seen this question asked, i've seen similar but this is still in question. I have Ryusei, The Falling Star( When Ryusei, The Falling Star is put into a graveyard from play, it deals 5 damage to each creature without flying.) on the board and my opponent has two 3/3 creatures. If i cast a Rupture, (Sacrifice a creature. Rupture deals damage equal to that creature's power to each creature without flying and each player) and sac Ryusei, how does the damage get dealt? Does the Rupture take effect first or does Ryusei's ability happen first due to him being a requirement upon casting the Rupture? The next question is, does the damage from one kill the two 3/3 creatures before the other can hit them or does the damage from one wait until the spell resolves for all the damage to occur? My assumption is that the Sacrifice is part of the cost of the Rupture and the damage from Ryusei will happen after the spell resolves thus the Rupture will do 5 damage to each player and each of the 3/3 creatures then Ryusei's ability will trigger due to his demise dealing another 5 to each of the 3/3 creatures or are they dead from the Rupture?

Assume you control Ryusei, the Falling Star. You cast Rupture and pay 2R to cast it. (You don't sacrifice any creatures at this time, since doing so is not part of Rupture's cost — compare Rupture with Fling. Neither does Rupture target anything; it lacks the word "target" for example [C.R. 115.1a].)
All players pass, then Rupture resolves. You sacrifice Ryusei, making its ability trigger. (However, that ability doesn't do anything yet [C.R. 603.2]). Then Rupture deals damage equal to Ryusei's power (normally 5) to each creature without flying and each player. (Note that even you can be dealt damage this way.)
Then Rupture goes to the graveyard (C.R. 608.2k). Then any creatures with lethal damage are destroyed and any players with 0 life or less lose the game, among other state-based actions that are checked (C.R. 117.3b, 117.5, 704.5a, 704.5f). Assuming that none of the players have lost the game, the following happens.
Then Ryusei's triggered ability goes on the stack (C.R. 117.5).
All players pass, then that ability resolves and Ryusei deals 5 damage to each creature and each player. (Note that again, even you can be dealt damage this way.)without flying.
Then that ability leaves the stack (C.R. 608.2k). Then any creatures with lethal damage are destroyed and any players with 0 life or less lose the game, among other state-based actions that are checked (C.R. 117.3b, 117.5, 704.5a, 704.5f).
Therefore:
Does the Rupture take effect first or does Ryusei's ability happen first due to him being a requirement upon casting the Rupture?
Rupture deals the damage first.
The next question is, does the damage from one kill the two 3/3 creatures before the other can hit them or does the damage from one wait until the spell resolves for all the damage to occur?
The creatures (assuming they don't have flying) will be destroyed due to lethal damage after Rupture resolves, even before Ryusei deals damage from its triggered ability. Note that it's not damage, by itself, that destroys (not: kills) creatures, but rather a state-based action can do so.

No, sacrificing a creature is not part of Rupture's costs (any more than it's part of Victimize's costs; again, compare Rupture with Fling). And even if it were part of the cost, then if you were to sacrifice Ryusei as you paid the cost of Rupture, Ryusei's triggered ability would trigger, go on the stack above Rupture, and get to resolve before Rupture. In any case, after Ryusei's triggered ability or Rupture resolves, state-based actions check, among other things, whether creatures have been dealt lethal damage and players have 0 life or less, and destroy those creatures or make those players lose the game as appropriate.
Ok. So then if the 3/3 creatures had toughness of 6 or higher then they would take damage from both sources, correct? Anything with less toughness will die from the Rupture. So add a Repercussion to the scenario and my opponent would take 5 from Rupture (as do I), 10 from the Repercussion, their creatures die and Ryusei's ability does nothing because there are no creatures left on the board?

Correct, assuming the creatures in the scenario don't have flying.

Correct (assuming the creatures in the scenario don't have flying), except for the last part. Ryusei will still deal damage to "each player" due to its triggered ability even if there are no creatures on the battlefield.

EDIT: Correction after comment 6 was posted.
