Let's say I have Teferi, Temporal Archmage's emblem, so I can activate loyalty abilities on opponent's turns. Let's also say I have Basri Ket. If I activate Basri's -2 on an opponent's turn and they attack, I should get attacking tokens. Does this work?
Follow up question: Assuming this works, if one of my tokens is attacking the active player, and one of their attacking creatures has vigilance, could that creature block my token?
506.3b If an effect would put a creature onto the battlefield attacking under the control of any player except an attacking player, that creature does enter the battlefield, but it’s never considered to be an attacking creature.
