So let me set the stage. Opponent has living lands out and before moving to combat has pumped all his lands with Kamahl, fist of Krosa 's second ability. He moves to combat and decides to swing with all his lands. In response to declared attackers I overload cylonic rift bouncing living lands so no lands are swinging at me. In response to my overloaded cyclonic rift he pays 2 green triggering Kamahl, fist of Krosa 's first ability making 2 lands that were going to swing at me 1/1 creatures.
Now the question is: would the +1/+1 counters carry over to the newly made 1/1 land creatures and continue to swing at me for what would be leathal?
Kamahl is activated, not triggered. Only triggered abilities trigger and only activated abilities can be activated. They will never cross.
Also, Kamahl doesn't grant anything counters. Things are only counters if the effect says the word "counter".
Now, onto your actual question: yes, the effect from Kamahl is still in effect granting those lands a buff. They are still the same objects (they aren't "newly made") and they are still creatures so the buff from Kamahl still applies to them.
Cyclonic Rift
I don't see where any +1/+1 effect comes from here...
But yes, as WizardMN said implied, Kamahl's +3/+3 still applies to the 2 lands-which-still-are-creatures-even-though-Living Lands-was bounced, because rule 611.2a says so, and no other rule says it should stop applying.
Even the other lands still get +3/+3 (and Trample), but that doesn't do anything since they are not creatures anymore.
611.2a A continuous effect generated by the resolution of a spell or ability lasts as long as stated by the spell or ability creating it (such as “until end of turn”)...
