I'm holding an Aether Gust. My opponent casts Bloodbraid Elf. With Bloodbraid on the stack, the cascade trigger goes on the stack. I choose to cast Aether Gust in response to the cascade trigger, targeting BBE. My opponent chooses to put BBE on top of their library. Now the cascade trigger goes off and they reveal cards until they reveal a card with cmc less than 4.
This causes the BBE to not resolve and end up on (or around) the bottom of their deck, right?
Yes, the BBE will be among the cards put on the bottom of the library in a random order when the cascade trigger resolves, because it is among the cards exiled by that trigger.
