So does it go like this if no one counters the spells or triggered abilities?
1) When Maelstrom is cast:
Top
Cascade (Flamekin)
Cascade ("searched card with Flamekin")
Bottom
2) When Flamekin ETB:
Top
Risen Reef trigger from Flamekin ETB
Flamekin ETB trigger (putting searched card on top of Lib.)
Cascade ("searched card")
Bottom
3) When "searched card" ETB:
Top
Risen Reef trigger from "searched card" ETB
"searched card" ETB trigger (if any)
Bottom
4) When Maelstrom ETB:
Top
Maelstrom Wanderer ETB
Risen Reef trigger from Maelstrom Wanderer
Bottom
Yes, you resolve the first cascade and hit herbringer. You the get the etbs of it and the reef. You resolve the reef first and then the harbinger which sets it up for cascade. You always choose the order of your own abilities so its easy to set up these things.
So the stack looks like this if no one counters the spells or triggered abilities?
1) When Maelstrom is cast:
Top
Cascade (Flamekin)
Cascade ("searched card with Flamekin")
Bottom
2) When Flamekin ETB:
Top
Risen Reef trigger from Flamekin ETB
Flamekin ETB trigger (putting searched card on top of Lib.)
Cascade ("searched card")
Bottom
3) When "searched card" ETB:
Top
Risen Reef trigger from "searched card" ETB
"searched card" ETB trigger (if any)
Bottom
4) When Maelstrom ETB:
Top
Maelstrom Wanderer ETB
Risen Reef trigger from Maelstrom Wanderer
Bottom
1)When Maelstrom is cast:
TOP
Cascade
Cascade
Maelstrom
BOTTOM
2) After 1st cascade resolves:
TOP
Flamekin
Cascade
Maelstrom
BOTTOM
3) Immediately after Flamekin resolves and thus ETBs, you have to choose in which order you put its search trigger and Risen Reef's trigger on the stack. If you want the Elemental card you search to be cast with the second cascade, you have to put Reef's trigger on top of the stack so it resolves before the search trigger, otherwise Reef will have you draw the Elemental card.
TOP
Reef's trigger
Flamekin's trigger
Cascade
Maelstrom
BOTTOM
4) After Reef's trigger resolved and you put the top card of your library eiter in your hand or on the battlefield:
TOP
Flamekin's trigger
Cascade
Maelstrom
BOTTOM
5) After Flamekin's trigger has resolved and you've put an elemental card on top of your library:
TOP
Cascade
Maelstrom
BOTTOM
6) After 2nd cascade has resolved:
TOP
Elemental spell
Maelstrom
BOTTOM
7) After elemental spell has resolved and ETB'd (assuming it's a creature):
TOP
Reef trigger
Maelstrom
BOTTOM
8) After Reef's trigger #2 resolved and you put the top card of your library eiter in your hand or on the battlefield:
TOP
Maelstrom
BOTTOM
9) After Maelstrom has resolved and ETB'd:
TOP
Reef trigger
BOTTOM
10) After Reef's trigger #3 resolved and you put the top card of your library eiter in your hand or on the battlefield:
TOP
BOTTOM
There you go.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
Just to confirm that I understand the stack correctly.
I've read this thread:
https://www.mtgsalvation.com/forums/magic-fundamentals/magic-rulings/814612-yarok-the-desecrated-risen-reef-flamekin-harbinger
and it leads me to a question regarding casting Maelstrom Wanderer.
If I cast Maelstrom Wanderer and cascade into Flamekin Harbinger while Risen Reef is on the battlefield.
Maelstrom states "When you cast this spell..."
So does it go like this if no one counters the spells or triggered abilities?
1) When Maelstrom is cast:
Top
Cascade (Flamekin)
Cascade ("searched card with Flamekin")
Bottom
2) When Flamekin ETB:
Top
Risen Reef trigger from Flamekin ETB
Flamekin ETB trigger (putting searched card on top of Lib.)

Bottom
3) When "searched card" ETB:
Top
Risen Reef trigger from "searched card" ETB
"searched card" ETB trigger (if any)
Bottom
4) When Maelstrom ETB:
Top
Maelstrom Wanderer ETB
Risen Reef trigger from Maelstrom Wanderer
Bottom
Is this correct?
