In other forums and discussions about this combination I read about the opportunity to save the lands with Angelic Shield or another effect which gives creatures I control toughness.
But in my opinion the problem are the time rulings. If the lands become a creature with 0/0, wouldn’t they immediately die? Before another effect can give them toughness? Or am I wrong and for example a +0/+1 effect to creatures I control would actually work?
If I am right, is there an opportunity to save the lands from dying?
If something like Angelic Shield or Glorious Anthem is on the field, its static effect will give your lands enough toughness to survive as soon as they become creatures.
In general, if you control Enchanted Evening, Starfield of Nyx, and at least three other enchantments and play a land (that isn't otherwise an enchantment), the land will be an enchantment due to Enchanted Evening, so will be a creature in addition to its other types with base power and toughness 0/0 (since in general, lands have no mana cost so have converted mana cost 0) (C.R. 613.1d, 613.1f, 613.8, 613.8a, 202.3a, 202.1b). However, if, in addition, Angelic Shield is among those other enchantments you control, the land that enters the battlefield this way will also get +0/+1 upon entering the battlefield (since it's a creature), making it 0/1 from the first moment it's on the battlefield (C.R. 611.3b, 613.4b-c, 613.5).
EDIT (Aug. 29, 2021): Edited, including because some rules were renumbered in the meantime.
Thank you both for your quick response and helpful answers.
What about the situation when I have Starfield of Nyx, Angelic Shield and some lands on the battlefield (all in all more than five permanents/enchantments) and cast Enchanted Evening - would my lands still live? Do they become creatures and get +1 toughness at the same time?
Sorry for that questions, I don’t play mtg as long as to be familiar with all the (time) rules.

Yes. Static abilities don't have any time lag.
604. Handling Static Abilities
604.1. Static abilities do something all the time rather than being activated or triggered. They are written as statements, and they’re simply true.
611.3. A continuous effect may be generated by the static ability of an object.
611.3a A continuous effect generated by a static ability isn’t “locked in”; it applies at any given moment to whatever its text indicates.
611.3b The effect applies at all times that the permanent generating it is on the battlefield or the object generating it is in the appropriate zone.
Example: A permanent with the static ability “All white creatures get +1/+1” generates an effect that continuously gives +1/+1 to each white creature on the battlefield. If a creature becomes white, it gets this bonus; a creature that stops being white loses it.
611.3c Continuous effects that modify characteristics of permanents do so simultaneously with the permanent entering the battlefield. They don’t wait until the permanent is on the battlefield and then change it. Because such effects apply as the permanent enters the battlefield, they are applied before determining whether the permanent will cause an ability to trigger when it enters the battlefield.
Example: A permanent with the static ability “All white creatures get +1/+1” is on the battlefield. A creature spell that would normally create a 1/1 white creature instead creates a 2/2 white creature. The creature doesn’t enter the battlefield as 1/1 and then change to 2/2.

Why bother with mere rulings when so many answers can be found in the Rules?
I built a deck with the idea to combine Enchanted Evening] and Starfield of Nyx. My question is how to save the lands? They would die due to become a 0/0 creature when Starfield of Nyx enters the battlefield and Enchanted Evening is already in play.
In other forums and discussions about this combination I read about the opportunity to save the lands with Angelic Shield or another effect which gives creatures I control toughness.
