Unfortunately, unless you control a Mirror Gallery, you're only going to get 5 damage out of this unless you control more than one other Elemental. The enters-the-battlefield ability will trigger, but state-based actions are performed before it resolves, and all but one of the Omnaths you control will be put into your graveyard. The number of Elementals you control isn't counted until the ability resolves, and the Omnath tokens will be gone by then, so each instance of the ability will only see that you control one Elemental and deal 1 damage.
This will scale up for each other Elemental you control, of course, but the Omnath tokens will never count each other.

Lapsed DCI Rules Advisor - Retired from playing but still hanging around
I believe your confusion stems from something like Rite kicked on Kokusho, the Evening Star or similar. The triggers still happen, but as was stated, they do not resolve until after the SBAs move any legends to the graveyard. For Koku this does not matter, they do not rely on permanents on the battlefield. New Omnath does.
If people are sick of reading about stuff just stop taking part. You have 100% control over what you read. Simic Ascendancy isn't going to get banned just because you didn't tell someone to shut up on the internet.
