The following illustrates how this scenario can play out:
During your turn, before the end step, you activate the ability Elemental Mastery grants to Omnath. Assume you control Omnath, Elemental Mastery, and Conjurer's Closet.
All players pass, then that ability resolves. You create as many Elemental tokens as Omnath's power at that time and a delayed triggered ability to "[e]xile them at the beginning of the next end step" (no longer: "at end of turn") is set up.
Players pass up to the beginning of the next end step. As that step begins, both the delayed triggered ability and Conjurer's Closet's ability will trigger at the same time. You thus put them on the stack at the same time in the order of your choice. Assume you choose to put the Conjurer's Closet ability above the delayed triggered ability.
All players pass, then the Conjurer's Closet ability resolves. You exile Omnath then return it to the battlefield under your control. Omnath's first ability triggers and goes on the stack.
All players pass, then that ability resolves. Omnath deals damage equal to the number of Elementals you control, including the Elemental tokens created due to the ability granted by Elemental Mastery since they haven't been exiled yet.
All players pass, then the delayed triggered ability resolves. The tokens mentioned earlier are exiled.

That makes all the temporary elemental cards all that much better! Thank you!
Elemental Mastery
Conjurer's Closet
If I create tokens with Omnath, which gets removed at the end of the turn, is it possible to blink Omnath to deal damage before they are exiled?
I know the aura falls off, but there are other token generators that "die" at the end of turn in similar fashion.
