Does Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth make it so that whenever a land enters the battlefield under my control that I get to trigger one of Dread Presence's two abilities?

Except land cards not on the battlefield aren’t Swamps while Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is on the battlefield.

[...] [L]and cards not on the battlefield aren’t Swamps while Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is on the battlefield.
While it's true that they're not necessarily Swamps (the word "land" on Urborg's ability means only a land permanent on the battlefield [C.R. 109.2, 300.1]), if you control Urborg and Dread Presence, the latter's ability will generally trigger whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, even if the land isn't normally a Swamp and even if the land came from another zone and wasn't a Swamp card there. This is because Dread Presence's ability checks the state of objects immediately after the land enters the battlefield to see whether it triggers (C.R. 603.6a, 603.10); and that ability sees the land enter the battlefield as a Swamp in this scenario because Urborg's ability makes that land a Swamp at the first moment it's on the battlefield (C.R. 603.6b).
Note also that Dread Presence's trigger condition refers to "Swamp[s]", which mean only Swamp permanents on the battlefield (C.R. 109.2, 205.3i), not Swamp cards in the graveyard, in exile, or in a player's hand or library (compare Dread Presence with Grafdigger's Cage, which refers to "[c]reature cards" [C.R. 109.2, 300.1]).

EDIT (Feb. 5): Correctness edit.
