In this situation, my opponent attacks me with Brazen Wolves, I block with a Cordial Vampire, and I cast Abnormal Endurance on the Cordial Vampire before damage. When the damage resolves and both Brazen Wolves and Cordial Vampire die, can I arrange the triggers so that Cordial Vampire comes back to the battlefield tapped AND gets two +1/+1 counters on it?
Yes, assuming you own Cordial Vampire. In this scenario (with that assumption), Cordial Vampire's usual ability triggers twice, namely once for itself and once for Brazen Wolves, and the ability Cordial Vampire gained from Abnormal Endurance also triggers (C.R. 603.2, 603.6c, 603.10, 603.10a). Since you controlled Cordial Vampire when they triggered, you can order those abilities on the stack in any order (C.R. 510.3, 116.5, 603.3b). If you put the ability from Abnormal Endurance above the others, Cordial Vampire will get to return to the battlefield in time to be counted as a "Vampire you control" for the other abilities (C.R. 116.4).
