Spellweaver Volute is enchanted to a Gifts Ungiven. I now cast a Sorcery, Volute triggers, I get to cast a copy of Gifts Ungiven. Does the copy resolve first before I need to re-enchant it or not?
Given that it is the same trigger, I honestly have no idea what is correct and what not.

When you cast a sorcery spell, Spellweaver Volute's triggered ability will trigger. That ability will go on the stack above that sorcery spell and get to resolve before that sorcery spell (C.R. 405.2, 117.4). When that ability resolves and you cast a copy of Gifts Ungiven this way, you then exile Gifts Ungiven and attach Spellweaver Volute to "another instant card in a graveyard". The copy cast this way doesn't resolve immediately after you cast it and before you exile Gifts Ungiven from its owner's graveyard. (A spell can't resolve during the resolution of another spell or ability, but only after all players pass in a row while the spell is on top of the stack [C.R. 117.4]; see also this thread.)
EDIT (Apr. 15, 2022): Correctness edit. One rule was renumbered in the meantime.
Always follow the instructions in the order they are written. First, you create a copy of Gifts Ungiven. Second, you get the option to cast the copy. If you choose to take that option, you cast the copy. Third, since you cast the copy, you then exile the original Gifts. Fourth, you attach the aura to another instant card in a graveyard.
All of this is part of the trigger's instructions. Since no spell can resolve without all players passing priority in succession, and no player getting priority until after the currently resolving spell/ability has finished all its intructions. The aura is long since atttached to another instant before the copy of Gifts gets to resolve.
