Scenario 1: I have Mortuary out on the battlefield. I also have Dire Fleet Hoarder, Doomed Dissenter and Carrion Feeder. I cast Bontu and sacrifice Dire Fleet and Doomed Dissenter. What happens? Do I draw new cards? Or do I draw Dire Fleet and Doomed Dissenter?
Scenario 2: I do the same thing but I instead speed sac Bontu with Carrion Feeder and I sacrifice Dire Fleet and Doomed Dissenter with Bontu's ability. Do I draw Bontu first?
Scenario 3: I have the above along with Midnight Reaper. Can I choose the triggers here? I cast Bontu and sacrifice Direfleet, Doomed Dissenter, then sacrifice Bontu with Carrion before Bontu's trigger goes off. What goes... on?
Assuming you own Bontu, Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter, and none are tokens, here is how scenario 1 can play out:
Bontu enters the battlefield, so that its enters-the-battlefield ability triggers.
All players pass, then that ability resolves (C.R. 116.4). You sacrifice Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter (making their abilities trigger and Mortuary's ability trigger once for each such creature), then draw two cards (C.R. 608.3). (Note that the two cards drawn this way are not the Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter cards that just entered your graveyard.) The ability leaves the stack (C.R. 608.2k).
Then the abilities that triggered this way will go on the stack in the order of your choice (C.R. 116.3b, 116.5, 603.3b). One possible order is assumed in what follows.
All players pass, then one Mortuary ability resolves. The card it refers to goes to your library.
All players pass, then the other Mortuary ability resolves. The card it refers to goes to your library.
All players pass, then the Dire Fleet Hoarder ability resolves. You create a Treasure token as called for by that ability.
All players pass, then the Doomed Dissenter ability resolves. You create a Zombie token as called for by that ability.
Assuming you own Bontu, Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter, and none are tokens, here is how scenario 2 can play out:
Bontu enters the battlefield, so that its enters-the-battlefield ability triggers. You put that ability on the stack.
You sacrifice Bontu to pay for Carrion Feeder's ability. Bontu's last ability and Mortuary's ability will trigger. Then those abilities go on the stack (above the Carrion Feeder ability) and you choose the order they go on the stack. Assume you order the Bontu ability before the Mortuary ability.
All players pass, then the Mortuary ability resolves. You put Bontu on top of your library.
All players pass, then the Bontu ability resolves. It does nothing since Bontu has already left your graveyard.
All players pass, then the Carrion Feeder ability resolves. You put a +1/+1 counter on Carrion Feeder.
The rest of the scenario is as given in scenario 1, starting at step 2.
Assuming you own Bontu, Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter, and none are tokens, here is how scenario 3 (modified scenario 1) can play out:
Bontu enters the battlefield, so that its enters-the-battlefield ability triggers.
All players pass, then that ability resolves. You sacrifice Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter (making their abilities trigger and Mortuary's and Midnight Reaper's abilities each trigger once for each such creature), then draw two cards. (Note that the two cards drawn this way are not the Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter cards that just entered your graveyard.) The ability leaves the stack.
Then the abilities that triggered this way will go on the stack in the order of your choice. You can thus choose, among other possibilities, that the Midnight Reaper abilities go below the Mortuary abilities. One ability order conforming to this choice is assumed in what follows.
All players pass, then one Mortuary ability resolves. The card it refers to goes to your library.
All players pass, then the other Mortuary ability resolves. The card it refers to goes to your library.
All players pass, then one Midnight Reaper ability resolves. Midnight Reaper deals 1 damage to you and you draw a card.
All players pass, then the other Midnight Reaper ability resolves. Midnight Reaper deals 1 damage to you and you draw a card.
All players pass, then the Dire Fleet Hoarder ability resolves. You create a Treasure token as called for by that ability.
All players pass, then the Doomed Dissenter ability resolves. You create a Zombie token as called for by that ability.
Assuming you own Bontu, Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter, and none are tokens, here is how scenario 3 (modified scenario 2) can play out:
Bontu enters the battlefield, so that its enters-the-battlefield ability triggers. You put that ability on the stack.
You sacrifice Bontu to pay for Carrion Feeder's ability. Bontu's last ability, Midnight Reaper's ability, and Mortuary's ability will trigger. Then those abilities go on the stack (above the Carrion Feeder ability) and you choose the order they go on the stack. Assume you order the Midnight Reaper ability below the Bontu ability, and the Bontu ability below the Mortuary ability.
All players pass, then the Mortuary ability resolves. You put Bontu on top of your library.
All players pass, then the Bontu ability resolves. It does nothing since Bontu has already left your graveyard.
All players pass, then the Midnight Reaper ability resolves. Midnight Reaper deals 1 damage to you and you draw a card (which will be Bontu).
All players pass, then the Carrion Feeder ability resolves. You put a +1/+1 counter on Carrion Feeder.
The rest of the scenario is as given in scenario 3 (modified scenario 1), starting at step 2.

Hello. Thank you for replying. The way you detailed the triggers is very helpful. I am just need a little clarifications so I can understand how to explain it to my friends.
Scenario 1: This is the part that sorta confuses me. When you mean I draw two cards, do I draw a fresh two new cards and then put those two creatures on top in any order? Or do those two creatures go on top and then I draw into them because of Mortuary?

In scenario 1, you draw two cards from your library immediately after you sacrifice Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter when Bontu's enters-the-battlefield ability resolves (these two cards are not the Dire Fleet Hoarder and Doomed Dissenter cards that just entered your graveyard) (C.R. 608.2c); this happens even before any abilities that triggered due to the sacrifice (including the Mortuary abilities) can even go on the stack, let alone get to resolve.
So cool. I learned a new interaction! I thought they would go to the library first since they got sacrificed. But you made it so much clearer now! I really appreciate your help in this. Gonna save this scenario stuff to help me build my Bontu deck.
