I know the Turntimber and the Xenograft make 1x 2/2 Wolf Token Ally and I can choose to activate Turntimber again to create any number of wolves. But if I have Pan and Procesh on the field, do they bounce off each other to create an unstoppable loop of wolves?
Example:
Pan sees that Procesh creates tokens, triggers again. Procesh sees Pan created tokens, doubles the tokens created. Pan sees Procesh created tokens...
Therefore, 1 Wolf turns into 2 through Procesh, Pan triggers to make 2, Procesh makes 4, Pan makes 4, Procesh makes 8, Pan makes 8... There is no button to stop because Procesh and Pan keep going back an forth and I don't get Turntimber's option of "may" thus the game in a draw?
They do not. Neither Anointed Procession nor Panharmonicon has a triggered ability, and each has a replacement effect that will replace the appropriate events one time each; an Ally entering the battlefield will cause Turntimber Ranger's ability to trigger twice from Panharmonicon, and that ability will create two Wolf tokens from Anointed Procession. If these tokens are Xenografted into Allies, they will each trigger the Ranger's ability, but that is a "may" and you can stop the loop freely.
Annointed Procession does not have any triggered abilities, but rather a static ability, which creates a replacement effect. Panharmonicon does not interact with it at all. All that happens here is, that the Ranger triggers twice due to Panharmonicon, and when one of those triggers resolves, you get two tokens and four more triggers. You can go "infinite" this way with tokens and counters on the Ranger, but due to the "may" you must stop the loop by choosing to create no more tokens at some point.
If I also had a Soul Warden and a Cathars' Crusade on the field, and Panharmonicon will essentially give 2n life and create 2n +1/+1 counters where "n" = number of creatures entered?
You'll get 2 life for each token created, yes. With the Crusade however, it depends on the order of the triggers on the stack. Counters go only on the creatures that are around at the time the Crusade's trigger resolves. So you can get a maximum of 2n counters, but it can also be less and different for each creature.

I might be overthinking this but: Pan will give double counters (Ally ETB Trigger x2) on Turntimber but not create double tokens, because the Procesh does that?
So:
1 wolf turns into 2 (anointed p), 4 +1/+1 on Turntimber (pan) THEN
2 wolves turn into 4 (anointed p), 8 +1/+1 on Turntimber (pan)
OR
Does Timber give 1, Pan triggers twice, making 2, then Procesh doubles and replaces for 4? and Timber get 2 +1/+1 from Pan. So I get 4 wolves and 2 counters each time I activate Timber's "may".
I can keep this up as long as I want then stop where I want.
Panharmonicon does notting on its own. All it does is to make triggered abilitis trigger twice. It is those triggers that do the actual effects. So with Panharmoicon, you get two triggers of of the Turntimber Ranger, which will result in two tokens and two +1/+1 counters after both triggers have resolved. With Anointed Procession you get two tokens per trigger. So with both, you get 4 tokens and two counters out of two triggers. Anointed Procession has no effect on counters, neither has Panharmonicon.
