A.2) All damage distribution priorities stay normal and the Banding like abilities that modify damage distribution doesn't work both attacking and blocking as long Ertai is stays unbanded both blocking and attacking, Even I had a Seafarer's Quay in play with my Ertai. Am I right?
B.2) But that would change as soon Ertai is banded to another legendary creature blue or not blue, Because when Ertai is banded with another legendary creature I get all the tricks that a creature with Banding can do in combat like having the priority of damage assignment both blocking and attacking. Am I right?
C.2) Besides the need to be specific with the type to band, Another differences with "Banding" and "Bands with others" is when they are alone in combat or from being outside a band when attacking and blocking. A creature with "Bands with others" being not part of a band(solo) in combat is basically just a generic and ordinary plain creature attacking or blocking without any tricks or special abilities that a creature with "Banding" can do. Am I right?

A.2. You are right in that if Ertai (with any "bands with other" ability) is blocking alone, nothing changes about the damage assignment of any creatures.
B.2. You are right in that once Ertai (with "bands with other legendary creatures") and a legendary creature (blue or otherwise) both block the same creature (in the scenario given in question 6), you can assign combat damage by the blocked creature (and thus, in this respect, "get all the tricks that a creature with Banding can do in combat" as a result).
C.2. You are right in that if a creature with a "bands with other" ability is attacking alone or blocking alone, that creature is treated no differently than the same creature without any "bands with other" abilities. In other words, if that creature is attacking alone or blocking alone, ignore whatever "bands with other" abilities it may have.
A.3) If Benalish Hero banded with another generic 1/1 creature and been mass blocked by two 1/1 creatures. Because "Banding" let me decide whom those two mass blocking creatures damages in my banded creatures. Am I Right?
B.3) I could even assign both the mass blocking creatures damage to a single creature like my generic 1/1 creature to save my benalish hero. It doesn't even matter if it exceeds the my 1/1 creature life. Am I right?
C.3) Do I get the same answers and privileges in both A.3 and B.3...
If I had instead an Ertai banded with another legendary 1/1 creature having Seafarer's Quay in play.
A.3, B.3. Yes. Since the two creatures are blocking Benalish Hero, which has banding, you can divide those two creatures' combat damage as you choose among creatures blocked by those two creatures (C.R. 702.21k). Thus, you can choose, for example, that both creatures' combat damage are assigned to a single creature, regardless of the amount of combat damage that is.
C.3. Yes. The answers to A.3 and B.3 are the same if, instead of Benalish Hero, the two 1/1 creatures are blocking Ertai and another legendary creature (blue or otherwise) while you control Seafarer's Quay.
A.4) What if one of the mass blocking 1/1 creatures had firststrike in A3 and B3. Does the answer stay the same?
B.4) The answer stay similar even it had doublestrike instead. Am I right?
C.4) The answer stay similar even it had both doublestrike and deathtouch instead. Am I right?
A.4, B.4, C.4: If one or more of the creatures involved in questions A.3 or B.3 have first strike and/or double strike, then there will be two combat damage steps rather than one, and only certain creatures can assign combat damage during each such step (C.R. 702.4b, 702.7b). Namely:
Only creatures with first strike and/or double strike assign combat damage as the first combat damage step begins.
Only the other attacking and blocking creatures, as well as creatures with double strike, assign combat damage as the second combat damage step begins.
Thus, if the blocking creatures have first strike and/or double strike and the attacking creatures have neither, only the blocking creatures can assign combat damage during the first combat damage step (neither banding nor a "bands with other" ability can change this).
C.4: Deathtouch doesn't directly affect the answers given in A.3 or B.3, with the exception that it may make certain combat damage lethal that it otherwise wouldn't be (C.R. 702.2c, 704.5h).
A.5)So both Banding and Bands with others cannot have the priority to change the damage assignment with a creature that can deal damage during the first combat step? Am I right?
B.5)And if that were a doublestrike creature I can only decide the assignment of damage from the second strike of that creature. Am I right?
C.5)Having a blocking creature with First Strike against a attacking banded creature cannot change how damage assignment effects combat? Am I right?
D.5) So it's like First Strike can foil the effects of a Banding creature? Am I right?
E.5) So I can't save my benalish hero because of the first strike ability having the a priority to deal first combat damage? Am I right?
A.5. Neither banding nor a "bands with other" ability change whether a creature assigns combat damage at all. However, if that creature does assign combat damage, then banding and "bands with other" abilities can affect who can assign that combat damage and how it's assigned (C.R. 702.21j-k) — this is true even if the creature with banding or the "bands with other" ability can't assign combat damage at the moment.
B.5, C.5. No, that's not right. If the creature with first strike or double strike is blocking Benalish Hero, which has banding, and the blocking creature is eligible to assign combat damage, you can divide the blocking creature's combat damage as you choose among creatures it blocks (C.R. 702.21k). This is true even if Benalish Hero can't assign combat damage at the moment (whether because of first strike or double strike, or otherwise).
Here is how a similar scenario can play out:
Assume Benalish Hero, which you control, is in a band with Grizzly Bears. The band is blocked by Adorned Pouncer (which has double strike) and another 1/1 creature with no abilities. Also assume that none of those creatures was dealt damage this turn. The combat damage step begins.
Only Adorned Pouncer is eligible to assign combat damage. Since Adorned Pouncer is blocking Benalish Hero, which has banding, and Grizzly Bears, you can assign Adorned Pouncer's combat damage as you choose between Benalish Hero and Grizzly Bears. This is true even though Benalish Hero can't assign combat damage at the moment since it has neither first strike nor double strike. You assign Adorned Pouncer's combat damage to Grizzly Bears.
The combat damage assigned to Grizzly Bears is dealt.
All players pass.
The second combat damage step begins.
Adorned Pouncer, the other blocker, Benalish Hero, and Grizzly Bears are eligible to assign combat damage. Since the blockers both block Benalish Hero, which has banding, you can assign the blockers' combat damage as you choose between Benalish Hero and Grizzly Bears. You choose to assign the blockers' combat damage each to Grizzly Bears. Meanwhile, Benalish Hero assigns 1 damage to Adorned Pouncer and Grizzly Bears assigns 1 damage to the other blocker.
The combat damage assigned is dealt.
Grizzly Bears, Adorned Pouncer, and the other blocker are destroyed for having lethal damage.

A.6) So I still have the ability to divide and assign the firststrike combat damage from the mass blockers of the defending player. Am I right?
B.6) It also doesn't matter if the firststrike damage would cause already lethal damage that can exceed the life points of my generic attacking banded 1/1 creature. I could even still assign the rest of the remaining normal combat damage from the other mass blocking creature. Which I could do the same tactic to save my Benalish hero in process. Am I right?
C.6) Is the answer in B6 the same if the creature had firststrike and deathtouch?

A.6. You are right.
B.6, C.6. You are right in that you can assign combat damage this way even if the combined combat damage would be considered lethal damage to its recipient, and even if one of the blocking creatures also has deathtouch.
Last question. So If one of the mass blocking creature had both firststrike with deathtouch and already had dealt damage to my attacking 1/1 creature during the first combat damage. My attacking 1/1 creature still remain in the battlefield after being dealt with the first combat damage and I could still assign the rest of the remaining possible second damage from the normal damage step. Am I right?
Thank you sir and those that helped with the comments earlier. I think fully understand how this work along with the possible complication that can be encountered.

Once a creature with deathtouch deals damage to another creature, the latter creature will be destroyed almost immediately after (C.R. 704.5h), which happens well before the next combat damage step, if any.
Here is how a similar scenario can play out:
Assume Benalish Hero, which you control, is in a band with Grizzly Bears. The band is blocked by Pestilent Kathari (which currently has deathtouch and first strike) and Zealous Guardian, both controlled by the same player (and the active player has Benalish Hero's damage assignment order consist of Pestilent Kathari and Zealous Guardian in that order [C.R. 509.3]). Also assume that none of those creatures was dealt damage this turn. The combat damage step begins.
Only Pestilent Kathari is eligible to assign combat damage. Since Pestilent Kathari is blocking Benalish Hero, which has banding, and Grizzly Bears, you can assign Pestilent Kathari's combat damage as you choose between Benalish Hero and Grizzly Bears. This is true even though Benalish Hero can't assign combat damage at the moment since it has neither first strike nor double strike. You assign Pestilent Kathari's combat damage to Grizzly Bears.
The combat damage assigned to Grizzly Bears is dealt. The damage is considered lethal, so Grizzly Bears is destroyed.
All players pass.
The second combat damage step begins.
Zealous Guardian and Benalish Hero are eligible to assign combat damage. Since Zealous Guardian blocks Benalish Hero, which has banding, you can assign Zealous Guardian's combat damage as you choose among the creatures it blocks (here, that's only Benalish Hero). Meanwhile, Benalish Hero assigns 1 combat damage to Pestilent Kathari.
The combat damage assigned is dealt.
Benalish Hero and Pestilent Kathari are destroyed for having lethal damage.

B.7) But If the firststrike creature had either deathtouch, wither or infect. I won't be able to save the benalish hero because my other attacker would die instantly in the first combat damage dealing, So both of my attacking creatures in that band will die. Am I right?

Thank you.
A.7. In the scenario I gave in comment 39, you could assign combat damage to Grizzly Bears during the first combat damage step even if that combat damage is lethal damage to Grizzly Bears and even if Grizzly Bears would otherwise go to the graveyard due to that damage (perhaps because one of the blockers has wither, infect, or deathtouch [C.R. 120.3, 704.5h]). However, if Grizzly Bears leaves the battlefield by any means during the first combat damage step, you can't assign any combat damage to Grizzly Bears during the second combat damage step, since Grizzly Bears is no longer there to assign combat damage to. (Note that Grizzly Bears is normally 2/2, not 1/1.)
B.7. That is, in effect, what would happen (see the previous paragraph and comment 39).
EDIT (Apr. 2, 2021): One rule was renumbered in the meantime.
So I was wrong in A.7 and my banded attacking creatures would both die, because my 1/1 would killed already after the firststrike damage is already dealt. So no other creature besides benalish hero is available to take damage for the remaining blocking during the normal combat damage dealing. I am right?
And I was right with B.7 that a firststrike creature with one of those abilities would lead my attacking band sent both in the graveyard because it will instantly cause my 1/1 creature to be killed during the first combat damage dealing. I am right?
So I was wrong in A.7 and my attacking creature would both die?
And I was right with B.7 that a firststrike creature with one of those abilities would lead my attacking band sent both in the graveyard because it will instantly cause my 1/1 creature to be killed during the first combat damage dealing?
Your question A.7 doesn't make much sense. You write: "...during the first combat damage dealing, if the firststrike damage is enough to kill my attacking 1/1 creature. I could still assign the normal combat damage to that 1/1 creature that was dealt damage earlier...." Note again that the "1/1 creature" you refer to is Grizzly Bears in comment 39, which is 2/2. Also, combat damage is assigned before it's dealt (C.R. 510.1, 510.2), but no creatures in the scenario have been dealt damage earlier (before combat damage was assigned in the first combat damage step).
B.7. You are right if we followIn the scenario in comment 39, but that's not the only reason. Not onlynot only did the creature with first strike and deathtouch (there, Pestilent Kathari) deal lethal damage to Grizzly Bears (during the first combat damage step), but the other blocker (there, Zealous Guardian) dealt lethal damage to Benalish Hero (during the second combat damage step).
Both of my attacking creature in a band will die against the 2 mass blocking creatures because my 1/1 creature will receive enough lethal damage that I assigned from the blocking 1/1 creature with a firststrike. While there is another blocking remaining 1/1 creature that would also deal normal combat damage that would hit my benalish hero.
My generic 1/1 that was banded with the Benalish hero had died after the first striker 1/1 blocker dealt it's damage.
So during the normal combat damage assignment having Benalish hero as the only available creature attacking against another generic 1/1 blocking creature will cause my Benalish Hero to die in normal damage step.
Benalish hero banded with a generic 1/1 creature to attack
My attacking band was mass blocked by 2 creatures a 1/1 generic creature and another 1/1 with first strike
Firststrike damage dealing so I assigned it to my generic creature thus killing it with lethal damage
Normal damage step. The Benalish hero is the only one remained because my generic 1/1 creature was killed earlier
Normal damage dealing step is when my Benalish hero and his 1/1 generic creature without firststrike do damage.
Thus both of my creature are going to the graveyard and I can't do the same thing that would assign all the damage to my generic 1/1 because of the firststrike? So there is no other way to save the benalish hero in this senario because of the firststrike damage killing my 1/1 creature before the normal damage step would happen.
Benalish hero banded with a generic 1/1 creature to attack

but they were mass blocked by a two 1/1 creatures with doublestrike that has no other ability.
So during the 1st combat, I assigned each of blocking creature from the defending player to deal their 1st combat damage to each of my creatures
So after the 1st combat damage dealing each of my attacking creatures had took 1 damage.
So during the next combat step I decided that both of the remaining 1 damage of each blocking creature would be dealt instead to my Grizzly Bears to save my Teremko Griffin.
So all the damage(total of 2) during the normal combat step is now dealt to a single creature.
