If I have Gaddock Teeg on the battlefield. Can I cast Gods =
"Enchantment creatures" like Iroas, God of Victory for example? Both situations with devotion and without devotion.
The theros gods have an ability stopping them from being creatures but that ability is only active on the battlefield. The spell you cast is a creature enchantment spell so Teeg doesn't care about it.
Devotion doesn't come into play until the creature is entering the battlefield and that is after teeg would have had any effect.
One good place to start when you have a question is the card specific rules:
The type-changing ability that can make the God not be a creature functions only on the battlefield. It’s always a creature card in other zones, regardless of your devotion to its color.
