I trigger Krav's ability by paying one black and sacrificing my two Shadowborn Apostles. Krav's ability goes on the stack, but the Shadowborn Apostles are cost-based sacked and go to the graveyard regardless of stack.
This triggers Athreos's ability twice, but my opponent casts Swords to Plowshares on Athreos.
Do the two instances of Athreos's triggered ability go (or stay) on the stack, or is Athreos exiled before even getting triggered?
When you activate Krav's ability, you put it on the stack as the very first thing in the process. Later during the activation procees, the Apostles are sacrificed, which triggers Athreos twice. Those triggers go on the stack above Krav's ability right after you've finsied the activation process before any player can do anything. So your opponnt can respond at the earliest only after the triggers are already on the stack.
Note, that Athreos may not be a legal target for Swords to Plowshares at that time, since you lost two devotion due to the sacrifice of the Apostles, so he's likely not a creature anymore unless you still have at least 4 more black and/or white mana symbols on your other permanents besides Krav and Athreos himself. (Edit: Actually, unless you have more permanents contributing to devotion than the ones mentioned, Athreos isn't a creature to begin with.)
On the field I have: Athreos, God of Passage, Krav, the Unredeemed, and two Shadowborn Apostles.
