Is it actually possible to "capture" Pharika while she is a creature?
And will Imprisoned in the Moon keep her prisoned even if the players devotion drops below Pharika, God of Affliction threshold?
It would be great if you could help me out in this issue...
This is my understanding:
Imprisoned in the moon obviously cannot enchant her while Pharika is an enchantment, since "moon" can only target "creature, land or Planeswalker".
However once Pharika is a creature, Moon can enchant her. Then, by effect of Moon, Pharika becomes a "colorless land". Since Moon can enchant lands it will not drop off, even if the opponents devotion will be reduced to below Pharika's threshold (which would normally stop her from being a creature and making her an enchantment again).
Yes, if Pharika was imprisoned as a creature, she stays imprisoned regardless of devotion. She starts out as an enchanment creature, becomes just a land, and if devotion is not enough she loses the (already nonexistent) creature card type. (Edit: Actually, since Pharika's time stamp is older, she loses the creature card type first, but the aura then makes her a land, and so it is still attached to a legal object when SBAs are checked.) If devotion becomes enough again, she simply doesn't lose the (still not existing) creature card type. That abiliy does not make her gain the creature card type, the only thing that ability does is make her lose it.

Yes, if Pharika is a creature, she can be enchanted by Imprisoned in the Moon.
As soon as Pharika becomes enchanted, she stops being a creature and an enchantment and becomes a land (which Imprisoned can still enchant), and loses all of her abilities, including the ability that makes her stop being a creature.
She does not have the "As long as your devotion to black and green is less than seven, Pharika isn't a creature" ability, so there's no 'threshold' to care about.
@willdice
Ability granting and losing happens in layer 6, while type changes happen in layer 4. So Pharika's devotion ability is still exiting when the type changes are calculated. But it doesn't matter anyway.
The question relates towards
Pharika, God of Affliction vs. Imprisoned in the Moon.

I hope my explanation is understandable...
