With a Yixlid Jailer in play, someone resolves a Snapcaster Mage and chooses Lightning Bolt in his graveyard. Can he flash back that spell? Does it make a difference if Snapcaster is cast in its owner's main phase and after resolution of the spell and the trigger, without passing priority, that player attempts to flash back the Bolt.
I'm aware that Yixlid Jailer is static and continuous, but I wonder if timestamp (and priority, in the second part) is relevant.
Note that the Jailer makes things lose abilities but doesn't make it so they can't have or gain abilities; for something that does work the other way regardless of timestamp see Archetype of Imagination.

Legacy: Strawberry Shortcake, Aggro Loam, DnT+b
Modern: Devoted Karn
Vintage: Survival
The card will retain flashback even if Snapcaster is used at another time, so long as it happens after the most recent Yixlid Jailer came into effect.
