If Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar and Alhammarret's Archive are both on my side of the field and I would draw a card from something. Would I get to look at the top 3 cards of my library two times and pick a card to put into my hand each time. Or just once since I'm not really drawing a card because Alhammarret's Archive says, "if you WOULD draw a card". Thanks in advance.
Both Tomorrow and Alhammarret's Archive include replacement effects (C.R. 614.1a). If you control both permanents and would draw a card (except for the first card you would draw in your draw step), you, as the player who would draw that card, choose which of those effects applies (C.R. 616.1, 109.5).
If you choose Tomorrow's effect, the card draw is replaced with something that doesn't involve drawing a card, so the Alhammarret's Archive effect no longer applies (C.R. 616.1, 616.1e, 614.7; see also C.R. 616.2).
If you choose Alhammarret's Archive's effect, you would draw two cards instead of one, so that the Tomorrow effect applies twice (once for each card that would be drawn this way), and one after the other (C.R. 616.1, 616.1e, 616.2, 120.2).
You can apply two or more replacement effects that you control that all replace the same event in any order you choose. So either you apply the Archive's first, causing you to draw two cards, both of which events are then replaced by Tomorrow's effect (meaning you look at the top three cards, put one in your hand and the other two on the bottom, and then do that whole thing again), or you apply Tomorrow's first, which then leaves the Archive with nothing to replace.
Control of the sources is irrelevant for wether a player chooses the order of effects actually. Being the affected player or the controller/owner of the affected object is what lets you choose the order of applicable replacement/prevention effects.
616.1. If two or more replacement and/or prevention effects are attempting to modify the way an event affects an object or player, the affected object’s controller (or its owner if it has no controller) or the affected player chooses one to apply, following the steps listed below. If two or more players have to make these choices at the same time, choices are made in APNAP order (see rule 101.4).
If you choose Tomorrow's effect, the card draw is replaced with something that doesn't involve drawing a card, so the Alhammarret's Archive effect no longer applies (C.R. 616.1, 616.1e, 614.7; see also C.R. 616.2).
