Woohoo I get a second turn! But on my second turn, can I play another Chance for glory to negate the effect of me losing? I mean technically I get another turn right? I mean if not that’s cool I just gotta know, ya know?
Even if you add another extra turn during the extra turn you take this way (e.g., because a Chance for Glory you control resolves during that extra turn), that doesn't change the fact that "[a]t the beginning of [the] end step [of the extra turn you take this way], you lose the game". "Tak[ing] an extra turn after this one" doesn't mean that the current turn immediately ends and a new one begins (review C.R. 500.7; compare Chance for Glory with Sundial of the Infinite; see also this thread).

Any insight would be appreciated
EDIT (Dec. 19): Clarification.
EDIT (Jan. 13): Corrected quote.
Yes.
No. "At the beginning of that turn's end step, you lose the game." I see nothing to interfere with that.
If you lose during this turn, there is no "after this turn" as far as the game is concerned.

Voidslime or Stifle would work as well. The lose the game effect is part of a delayed triggered ability and thus can be targeted and countered.
