Hello
My question is, if I use Gilded Drake on an opponent's creature during my turn, will that Gilded Drake still be affected by summoning sickness when its my opponents next turn turn?
Rule 302.6
A creature can’t attack unless it has been under its controller’s control continuously since his or her most recent turn began.
I'm saying that my opponent didn't own the drake during his most recent turn when he gained control of the Drake, so I thought it still remains under summoning sickness when I pass the turn.
They don't "own" the Drake at all; you still do. Summoning Sickness cares about control. And if you give them the Drake on your turn, they will start their turn with the Drake under their control which means they have controlled it since their most recent turn (the one they are currently taking) has begun. It will not be sick.
