Chromanticore is only an Aura if you cast it by its Bestow cost.
While on the graveyard, Chromanticore is always an enchantment creature card, so Estrid's ability will only "see" it as a non-Aura enchantment card and return it this way.
Chromanticore is a non-Aura enchantment card in the graveyard, so if Chromanticore is in your graveyard, you return it together with other non-Aura enchantment cards from your graveyard to the battlefield when that ability resolves. (In general, Chromanticore is an Aura spell only if you cast Chromanticore and choose to pay its bestow cost [C.R. 702.102a-b].)
EDIT (Jan. 23, 2020): Edited to conform to rule update with Theros Beyond Death.
But I can put it on the battlefield as a non aura enchantment with estrids 3rd ability correct
If it's in my graveyard?
