Hi, if I have no cards in hand then cast a Bedlam Reveler.. do I still draw three cards?
Is it possible to "discard my hand" even if I have no cards in hand?
Yes. It is always possible to discard your hand even with no cards in it. Even if that wasn't the case, Reveler has you do this as part of the ability resolving so it will still make you do as much as possible which would be drawing 3 cards.
101.3. Any part of an instruction that’s impossible to perform is ignored. (In many cases the card will specify consequences for this; if it doesn’t, there’s no effect.)
