Hey everyone! I have a question about Sanctum Seeker. The card says, "Whenever a Vampire you control attacks, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life." So, I want to make sure I am using this card correct. Does this mean that if I have this card on the battlefield, and I attack with 5 Vampires that each opponent loses 5 life, and I gain 5 life? Or is it that each opponent only loses 1 life and I only gain 1 life?
I have only been doing 1 life regardless of how many vampires I attack with, and my wife just pointed out to me that I may have been playing it wrong this whole time. I feel really dumb. Could have won a bit more for sure!
Sanctum Seeker triggers for EACH vampire you attack with. So if you attack with five vampires, then he will trigger five times. So each opponent will lose in total five life, and you will gain five life.
IF however it had been worded "Whenever you attack with one or more vampires, do something" THEN it would only trigger once no matter how many vampires you attacked with. But it isn't worded like that. So there you go.
Don't forget to count Sanctum Seeker itself (assuming it attacks): it's a vampire after all!
And if you get two Sanctum Seeker on the field, it doubles the lifegain/lifeloss!

Hope that helps explain things for you.
