Assume a three-pulayer game. Player A casts Grasp of Fate. Can Player B use their Spellskite to change the target of Grasp of Fate's ability that Player C controls?
Obviously that can use Spellskite to target Grasp of Fate's triggered ability, but can the part of the ability that targets Player C's permanent be changed to Spellskite?
Because I read the "target nonland permanent that player controls" as a targeting restriction, I believe that target can't change to Spellskite. I want to know whether I got that right.
"up to one target nonland permanent that player controls" is the target definition. Grasp of Fate's target of a nonland permanent that player C controls cannot be assigned to a Spellskite not controlled by player C.
Bonus: Yes.

Bonus
If a player casts Stone Rain & another player uses Spellskite's ability on Stone Rain & then flashes in Song of the Dryads on Spellskite, will Spellskite's ability change Stone Rain's target to Spellskite because it's a legal target when the ability resolves?
Bonus: Yes.
