Question for judges or anyone who might have info on this. Would backing your entire deck in sleeves with either another card or something to make a creased card more uniform to the rest of the deck be tournament legal?
The reason I'm asking is one of my Mox Diamonds I've had since I was a kid has a crease in the middle of it, you can't see it when it's double sleeved but can slightly feel it when you rub the back of the card. I have one sleeve that I believe was sent to me in a channelfireball order that I don't the brand of with a bumpy foil back that makes the crease unnoticeable, but I can't find these sleeves anywhere.
M.T.R. 3.10 and 3.11 regulate the use of card sleeves in sanctioned tournaments. Note in particular that "[t]he Head Judge is the final authority on what sleeves are allowed" (M.T.R. 3.10), and also "has the authority to determine if a card in a player's deck is marked" (M.T.R. 3.11), and that "[p]layers are responsible for ensuring that their cards and/or card sleeves are not marked during the tournament. A card or sleeve is considered marked if it bears something that makes it possible to identify the card without seeing its face, including ... bends" (M.T.R. 3.11). See also this thread.
More or less just wondering if there are options other than the specific sleeves that you can't feel the crease through. card cannot be identified visually in any sleeve, and cannot be identified at all face down in the foil sleeve I had mentioned. Any judges who have dealt with similar issues? If so, what solutions did you come up with if any?

Again, the Head Judge has the authority to determine whether a card is marked or a sleeve can be used in a sanctioned tournament (M.T.R. 3.10, 3.11). If you're planning to play in a sanctioned tournament, you should discuss your situation with that tournament's Head Judge.

Exactly, so basically I'm looking for advice from judges or people who have been in similar situations on what the options are and what is usually accepted by the head judge as a fix so I have somewhat of an idea of what my options are before tournament day.

Unfortunately, due to how M.T.R. 3.10 and 3.11 are written, there is no answer that works for every tournament in every case with respect to—
whether a given Magic card with certain defects on it is considered marked,
whether wrapping that card in one, two, or more sleeves will render that card not marked, or
whether the sleeves used this way are allowed in the tournament in question.
I can only give an answer here based on what the Magic Tournament Rules say, rather than predict whether the card you have in mind may or may not be acceptable for a given tournament, depending on how it is sleeved.
People aren't allowed to say what has worked in the past for them or others?
Again you may discuss with the Head Judge your intent to use a creased card in the tournament and your intent to use enough sleeves so that the creasing isn't noticeable. Remember, however, that the Head Judge may nevertheless rule—
that even that isn't enough to render the card not marked, and/or
that the sleeves used this way aren't allowed
(M.T.R. 3.10, 3.11). In order words, whether you can use that sleeving strategy in any given tournament varies from Head Judge to Head Judge. There may be other solutions, but any of them can be rejected by the Head Judge as well.

Well understood that it's case by case depending on the judge. I'm curious though what other people have had deemed acceptable by judges. I fully understand that what was acceptable for them may not be acceptable at any given tournament. Have you had experiences with this at tournaments or know anyone who has?

That question is beyond the scope of this forum. Your question may be more suitable to ask in the Magic General forum.

It's a question about peoples experiences with a game rule. I definitely don't mind asking elsewhere though
