Earlier tonight, I had opponent A play Bojuka Bog exiling my graveyard. I respond by activating Alchemist's Refuge, then casting Eternal Witness. Opponent B casts Rewind on Eternal Witness. After the Witness was countered, but before Bojuka Bog's ability resoves, I pay 2 life to cast Noxious Revival targeting the Eternal Witness that is now in my graveyard.
Was this a legal play on my part to target the Witness before the Bog's ability resolved?
Yes, this sequence of events is possible and perfectly legal. Objects on the stack resolve one at a time with all players getting the chance to respond in between before the next object resolves, whichever one is on top of the stack at that time.
