Muldrotha allows you to play one land from your graveyard as your land for turn. If you play a land from your hand, then play Muldrotha, you won't be able to play another land. The card would need to state "You may play an additional land each turn" in order for you to get the extra land from your graveyard.

"You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions of the cards you play from your graveyard. For example, you can't use Muldrotha to play an additional land, or to cast a planeswalker during your end step.

I cast Phantasmal Image (or any clone) from graveyard as Muldrotha. I let the original die.
Can I play another land from the yard this turn?
Also, I am still not clear about Tribal on a card like Lignify
