"Target creature gets +2/+0" and "target creature gains haste" are both modified by "until end of turn" in this sentence. Plenty of cards use this wording; both bonuses are until end of turn when a card formatted in this way changes power and toughness and grants an ability.
The issue involving the form "gets ... and gains ... until end of turn" (and the similar form "gains ... and gets ... until end of turn") is discussed further in this thread, especially comments 3 and 4. More generally, it's by convention that the form "[Something] [A] and [B] until end of turn" means that A and B happen until end of turn, not just B.
The semantics of the text box are confusing me
