My combos in general require having two zero costing artifacts to get loops going.
I was wondering how Mox Diamond might interact? If I don't pay for the cost of Mox Diamond, will it go to the graveyard before Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle ability triggers, say bringing back Junk Diver to play? Thus allowing to target the Mox Diamond as it's actually in the graveyard?
Mox Diamond's first ability doesn't change how you cast Mox Diamond; discarding a land card is not an additional cost to cast Mox Diamond (see Mox Diamond's Oracle text [C.R. 108.1]; although Mox Diamond's Oracle text used to say, in part, "As an additional cost to play Mox Diamond, discard a land card", that's no longer the case as of Shadowmoor). Teshar's triggered ability triggers "whenever you cast a historic spell", not, say, "whenever a historic permanent enters the battlefield under your control" (C.R. 603.2). Thus, after you cast Mox Diamond (an artifact spell, so a historic spell [C.R. 700.6]), the ability will go on the stack above Mox Diamond (C.R. 601.2i, 116.5, 405.2) (and it's then that you must target a "creature card with converted mana cost 3 or less [in] your graveyard" [C.R. 114.1d, 603.3d, 601.2c]) and get to resolve before that spell (C.R. 116.4).

Thanks. Just for curiosity sake, if Mox Diamond said "as an additional cost to cast ~this, you must discard a land card.", would that work with it being in the graveyard before anything else?

No. Even though the discarded land card would be in the graveyard before Teshar's ability would trigger (C.R. 601.2h-i), Mox Diamond itself would remain on the stack (C.R. 601.2).
