1) Polyraptor ETB
2) triggers Forerunner and Crusade
3) Crusade puts a +1/+1 counter on all my creatures
4) Forerunner deals damage to all creatures
5) Damage triggers Polyraptor cloning
6) Go To 1
So I now have an endless loop of dinosaurs, gaining +1/+1 at the same rate as they take damage, until I decide to skip Forerunner's ability.
Have I missed anything?

The loop works. What you have to keep in mind though, is that if you choose to use every damage trigger of the Forerunner, there will be Polyraptor triggers accumulating on the stack, which will still have to resolve and create more tokens, Crusade triggers, and damage triggers. The math becomes easier if you let all token creating triggers resolve before choosing to let only the last damage trigger from that deal damage to all creatures. That way, you end up with 2^n Polyraptors, where n is the number of iterations you go through. The Forerunner and the original raptor will accumulate 2^n +1/+1 counters, and the following raptor tokens will have one less counter each than the one before until you reach 1. So you'll have one raptor with 1 counter, one raptor with 2 counters, one raptor with 3 counters, one raptor with 4 counters, ..., one raptor with 2^n counters (the original).
I control Forerunner of the Empire and Cathars' Crusade, then cast Polyraptor.
