Im just curious to the rulings on this, as we all know, Time Vault allows us to take an extra turn but to be able to untap it, we have to skip a turn, but due to it being one of the early cards of being to OP, it was never reprinted except into Beta and Unlimited, and so later on we are able to get other cards such as Voltaic Key to untap artifacts, the question being here, would that be a legitimate way to basically have infinite turns?
All cards are considered to have the text of their English version in the Gatherer reference. Time Vault's text is
Time Vault enters the battlefield tapped.
Time Vault doesn't untap during your untap step.
If you would begin your turn while Time Vault is tapped, you may skip that turn instead. If you do, untap Time Vault.
: Take an extra turn after this one.
Voltaic Key can untap Time Vault and you never have to skip a turn.
Gatherer also clarifies that Time Vault was reprinted in Vintage Masters.

Yes, but whether a card occurs in other Magic sets is irrelevant here; it's the card's Oracle text that counts (C.R. 108.1).
Also, the effect that provides that "Time Vault doesn't untap during your untap step" doesn't keep Time Vault from becoming untapped at any other time, including during other untap steps or when an ability such as Voltaic Key's resolves.
