So, Assault suit says at the beginning of each opponent's upkeep you may have that player gain control of equipped creature. Would that work if you gained control of an opponent's creature for a turn and equipped assault suit to it?
If Assault Suit's second ability resolves, -edit: and you choose to allow it - it creates a control effect for that player and the equipped object. This kind of effect is a continuous effect and is considered one which changes the rules of the game. It overrides any previous instruction as to who controls that object - but only for the duration.
The "you" in Assault Suit's second ability refers to that ability's controller (C.R. 109.5), so it's that player who chooses whether to pass control of the equipped creature to the corresponding player, no matter who currently controls that creature.
So, what happens is:
1. YOU steal A's Grizzly Bears with Threaten and equip Assault Suit to it.
2. YOU end the turn and player A regains control of his Grizzly Bears which is still equipped.
3. At the beginning of Player A's upkeep Assault Suit triggers, then you can choose to have player A or B gain control of the creature.
4. Repeat this for player B's turn.
5. At the end of the turn it goes back to player A.
5. At the beginning of your upkeep YOU can choose to give it to player A or B (it is currently controlled by player A.
