1) Does the creature who a zombie is blocking have to do combat damage before I can target that creature?
Example:
Gideon, Ally of Zendikar attacks me, I block with a zombie and after declaring blockers, I cast Time To Reflect on Gideon, exiling him before combat damage is dealt to my zombie.
This will help before FNM this week. I am maining two in my BW Zombies build because I think it's powerful.

Any spell or ability that affects blockers or blocked creatures can be used immediately after blockers are declared. This can be before combat damage is dealt, so you can exile Gideon before he kills your zombie.
