Ok. I am a little rusty when it comes to rulings these days so excuse me if it sounds noobish. If I attack and exert 4 Combat Celebrants would i get 4 extra attack phases? I used to know this stuff....
Yes you would, as each combat celebrant is a separate trigger. Note that the untap is tied to the resolution of this trigger, so even though you would get 4 extra combat steps, if you exerted them all at the same time, the untap only happens once.

If they were all exert during the first combat phase wouldn't they be tapped after the second combat phase? As the card says untap other creatures after this phase.
I think you would have to exert one per combat phase to make sure they all untap for each combat phase.

They actually would untap for the second combat phase (though you wouldn't be able to exert them during the second, third, or fourth combat phases, so the untapping would only happen once). The card says "untap all other creatures you control". While a single Combat Celebrant wouldn't untap itself, another Combat Celebrant could untap it. If you controlled four, they would essentially all untap each other.

I understand I eould have to do one at a time to get the most out of them all beingon the field. I was asking so if i was using pact of negation or something similar. It would give me a possible win with the right conditions. Thanks for the answers!
