If I cast Boon Satyr as an Enchantment Aura with Bestow, I can't use Riku's ability to make a copy of Boon Satyr because it ETBs as an Aura, correct?
However, if Boon Satyr's target leaves the battlefield or whatever, Boon Satyr becomes an Enchantment Creature spell and ETBs as a creature, which can be copied. Correct?
Alternatively, if Boon Satyr (aura) falls off, it becomes Boon Satyr (creature) without leaving or entering the battlefield, correct?

All correct.
702.102a Bestow represents two static abilities, one that functions while the card with bestow is on
the stack and another that functions both while it’s on the stack and while it’s on the battlefield.
“Bestow [cost]” means “You may cast this card by paying [cost] rather than its mana cost.” and
“If you chose to pay this spell’s bestow cost, it becomes an Aura enchantment and gains enchant
creature. These effects last until one of two things happens: this spell has an illegal target as it
resolves or the permanent this spell becomes, becomes unattached.” Paying a card’s bestow cost
follows the rules for paying alternative costs in rules 601.2b and 601.2f–h.
702.102d As an Aura spell with bestow begins resolving, if its target is illegal, the effect making it
an Aura spell ends. It continues resolving as a creature spell and will be put onto the battlefield
under the control of the spell’s controller. This is an exception to rule 608.3a.
702.102e If an Aura with bestow is attached to an illegal object or player, it becomes unattached.
This is an exception to rule 704.5n.

Why bother with mere rulings when so many answers can be found in the Rules?

Yup.

Yes. It passes from being an Aura to being a creature simply by outliving the effect begun by Bestow. It remains on the battlefield, lithely dodging the rule that would collect an unattached Aura into the graveyard, since it isn't an Aura.

If you cast Boon Satyr using bestow, it will be an Aura enchantment spell (and not a creature spell) (C.R. 702.102a-b, 205.1a). And once it resolves this way with a legal target, it will generally enter the battlefield as an Aura only, not a creature (C.R. 400.7a), so Riku of Two Reflections's second ability won't trigger. It won't trigger even if Boon Satyr becomes a creature again later (whether because it becomes unattached [C.R. 702.102e] or otherwise), because a permanent doesn't enter or leave the battlefield by doing so; rather, it "stops being a permanent as it's moved to another zone" (C.R. 110.1).
