You know, "Legendary Creature Enchantment" fills up all the space reserved for creature type and subtype. They could use an icon that represents "legendary" to shorten it.
They've done icons before such as the tombstone. It was dropped due to compatinility with the new frame. In truth, I think it was a bit less. I met very very few players that actually knew what it meant and its purpose. That's just my meta, YMMV.
At the point that turning Legendary into an icon starts looking good, I think a designer needs to take a harder look at the card itself. Does one really need a "Legendary Artifact Creature -- Zombie Crocodile Rat King Demon" as a card type?
I'm all for it. Making the supertype slicker and more recognizable while also giving us more room on the type line seems like a win-win. Send Triplets just looks off with it's noticeable font size change, like they tried their hardest to squeeze those types into the amount of space they had. A legendary icon could fit in the same space as color indicators on DFCs and would really smooth things out.
