The best dragon is actually Chameleon Colossus or Mirror Entity as they are the only of those who everyone mentioned who are actually cube worthy. Broodmate is too but just because of the colors and his crazy interaction with Recurrng Nightmare
I have a Kokusho dragonstorm deck for multiplayer. Massive death all around.
Bladewing the Risen makes for "extra" Kokushos. He's really nice in my "regular" dragon deck as well since he brings back a friend when he comes into play.
the star dragons are all pretty useful. kokusho is the best, but all five are good.
not the best, but balefire dragon and intet, the dreamer are by far my favorites. mostly just because i love the art on both. balefire's ability can be deadly.
I have two real favorites, and each one is an EDH commander for me.
Scion of the Ur-Dragon - Allows you to tutor any Dragon you want out of your deck, and if you are playing with any cards capable of bringing things back from the graveyard, it is almost as good as having infinite Diabolic Tutor as a Commander that costs 2 to cast each turn.
Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind - Great for building a UR direct damage deck. Load it up with Timmies, and insert an Ophidian Eye, a Curiosity, and a Tandem Lookout, and, once you get one of them in hand, put your Niv out, play some form of Card Draw and it is game over.

So many great dragons meantioned but no one has mentioned my fav...Draco. It's such a wonderful combo card when paired with erratic explosion...and if you can cast it in
A deck with 5 basic types it's a 9/9 flyer for 6

Hellkite Charger is just so incredibly solid, you just can't not like him. IMO, he's probably the best 4RR dragon so far. He's also a dragon that player types can relate to. Spike likes him because he's aggressively costed and haste can be brutal (Yeah, yeah, not as good as a titan, but this is some strange dragon-obsessed spike) from Timmy's point of view, this guy isn't THAT big, but he can do 10 damage in 1 turn. Johnny obviously likes getting infinite attack steps with something like Sword or Bear Umbra.
Flameblast Dragon is also incredibly solid, and another one I love. Whether it's taking out a blocker, or just dealing a boatload of damage to an opponent, this guy can be a beating.
Bogardan Hellkite is another favorite. He's just so solid. 5/5 flyer that can usually kill at least 1-2 creatures, and if not, can always deal a straight 5 damage to an opponent. Adding on flash for a suprise block, and this guy can change the game very quickly. Plus there's Dragonstorm.
And finally, Thundermaw Hellkite, the newcomer. If Hellkite Charger is brutal as a 5/5 for 4RR with haste, this guy is just insane. Plus he kills Spirit tokens and small flyers and makes sure he at least gets 5 damage in.
Thundermaw Hellkite is going to be interesting, since it's the first playable dragon in a long while. I just hope his price drops so I can get my hands on him soon.
My favorite is prob either Skithriryx or Hellkite Overlord. Skittles bc it was the first card i ever opened and overlord because it is a beast of a card and the abilities and colors seem to flow nicely to me
On a funny note both were my first pulls for both sets respectively

For an all dragon deck, my favorite's are Scourge of Valkas, Utvara Hellkite, Imperial Hellkite, Kilnmouth dragon, and Moonveil Dragon. Some great cards to go with these are illusionist's bracers and Crucible of fire.
Started to try out a modern dragon deck, one of the only kill spells that works is path so Stormbreath Dragon might be coming out of the sideboard soon. Otherwise Scourge of Valkas is EXTREMELY powerful in a dedicated dragon deck, he just takes over the game, especially if you can land a second copy.
I liked Mist Dragon because he was old and obscure and people forgot he existed. Played him a lot a long time ago. Traded my old one for cards that are worth way more now, and back then no one would have guessed. Then again a lot of the new dragons didn't exist yet.
I'm a big fan of Moltensteel Dragon. Can come down as early as turn 4 or sooner with Sol Lands or Goblin Welder. Fire breathing with phyrexian mana is also really great at ending games quickly.
I don't know about everyone else but i found a great combo with Scion of the Ur-Dragon and Bladewing the Risen. The combo allows you to pull bladewing and any other dragon from your deck once you play Scion. I don't know how many other people use this combo however i noticed no mention of it.
