Hey everybody!

I am trying to see if everone knows of any cards that hate on instant spells. Preferably universal, even if it affects me. The only one that I know of is "In the eye of chaos"
I am building a deck with 0 instants and I want to see if I can capitalize on that.
I am looking at Red White Black.

Not really specific hate, but there are cards that make spells of different colors cost more, like the mentioned Grand Arbiter Augustin IV. But there are also cards that make noncreature spells cost more, like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Thorn of Amethyst, and Vryn Wingmare. Also, there are these few cards Sphinx's Decree, Energy Storm, and Hand to Hand.
