Use Culling weakness to sac the Undying creature, it comes back with a 1 1 counter on it, use hex parasite to remove the counter and sac it again.
Your combo doesn't work. Culling the Weak is an instant, not an enchantment. Mana Source is an obsolete card type, and the oracle text says "As an additional cost to cast Culling the Weak, sacrifice a creature. Add BBBB to your mana pool." This is a one-shot effect that cannot be repeated turn-after-turn.
As a one mana enchantment, that would be broken beyond all belief.
