Yeah through Kinnan's ability, it costs UU to get both pixies on board and each taps for UU thanks to Kinnan, giving the required UU left over to fuel the stage.
The blue mana can be generated by revive-ing the pixies.
Edit: new page so im putting the decklist from my previous post here.
Excellent! One thing I noticed now is that since Skull prophet taps for black, we have an extra degree of freedom for our initial lands.
In particular, with 3 leylines we don't need to use our third land drop yet to cast Bolas's citadel, so we have access to another card in hand for free. And can save our land drop for some utility land like Karn's bastion or similar.
Looking at some of the cards introduced: Mythos of Illuna would be nice, but getting cheap copies of lands would reduce the number of extra layers that we could add on.
Chandra, Flame's Catalyst has a nice Omniscience effect, but we've pretty much been banking on spells costing colored mana in our Standard decks. An Omniscience effect could work in Standard, if we had the right activated abilities that cost colored mana.
Hmm, how does the U stage work in the latest deck? Before, we had Collision // Colossus destroy the Pixies, which we then brought back with Vivien's Arkbow. Not quite sure how we recycle them here. If that works though, the black stage certainly looks good.
Oh yeah I just forgot collision // colossus, oops! Now they get recycled with Kinnan instead of Arkbow. Otherwise it is the same basic outline as before: a big stack of alternating quasiduplicates and Devious Cover-ups it costs an extra blue to make each pixie via kinnan but they conveniently tap for exactly an extra blue thanks to kinnan, so it is a wash.
Mythos of Illuna also has that troubling fight clause which looks likely to mess up other layers.
And Chandra's ultimate has a draw 7 attached which seems troublesome if we can loop her.
Of course getting a third stage would trump this, but I thought about extra layers for a bit.
The use of Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy prevents us from having Spark Double, so we can't get benefits from having gajillions of Legendary creatures, such as Nikya of the Old Ways and Teysa Karlov. So we don't gain layers from lands, and we also lose black. Martyr of the Cause can be killed easily; however, if we went back to Corpse Churn, then killing the Martyrs of the Cause with Ritual of Soot will kill the original, and then we need white mana to cast it again.
As jfb1337 pointed out, we actually can make copies of non-human legends by mutating a Glowstone Recluse or Cavern Whisperer on top of it, and then copying it.
For your layer extensions, i think we want to give them Sporeweb weaver as an Imperial Ceratops impersonator instead of giving them lifelink guys to get a bunch of triggers instead of 1 big life bunch. (the spider is also handy for giving them more guys to swap)
Roalesk lets Quasiduplicate proliferate so that's a problem too.
Looking at the rules, multiple sources with lifelink dealing damage at the same time cause separate life gain events. So using lifelink should be fine, I think.
Yeah, Roalesk being Legendary is a problem. Hmm, if we can't use either Martyr for the Cause or Roalesk, that's kind of puts us in a hole. Wanderer's Strike can also be cast from the library using life. I guess we can use Karn's Bastion or Guildpact Informant. Evolution Sage looks good, but Fertile Footsteps allows us to put a lot of lands into play - I don't know how to get rid of it without losing a couple of layers. And we can't make a lot of Guildpact Informants or Grateful Apparitions that can attack, without also getting too many of our mana creatures being able to tap. Do you guys see a way around that?
Could Protean Thaumaturge work? We could have a bunch of them copy a haste creature, attack with them, and then have them become Grateful Apparitions. But they can't generate mana since they can't have both haste and a mana ability at the same time.
yeah its separate life gain events but not separate triggers, so we can't update the number of angels they have in between. That's why we used Imperial ceratops last time.(something like ajani's pridemate works with multiple lifelinkers, but the life is still all gained at once.)
Edit: also, we get to grant haste to the proliferator via Claim the Firstborn so we get a lot more proliferates.
And I think we want Crushing canopy over collision // colossus so we can kill the green leyline (and TYS, and other enchantments) to animate it without needing to mill them.
Ah, true and true. Do we have a convenient way to tap copies of Sporeweb Weaver? I guess Entrancing Lyre will work. So with many possible copies of Guildpact Informant we can deal over 10 -> 10 -> 10 -> (10 -> 10 -> 10 -> 3 -> 9) -> 9 damage.
We aren't using white mana, though, so we switch back to Kiora Bests the Sea God to add one more layer:
I was thinking of using Nyx Lotus for the white mana. The trouble is that we need a bunch of copies to exceed the previous layer sequence. I guess the trick of animating the Nyx Lotus, and then Mutating a creature on top of it, should work here as well? I think Glowstone Recluse is not good though, since then we could untap the merged creatures with Claim the Firstborn. Some of the other Mutate creatures are more expensive, but get fetch permanents from the graveyard/library, which may be too cheap for Skull Puppet. But Cloudpiercer seems good.
So we have:
Layer 8: Tapping a Nyx Lotus produces a lot of white mana. (provided we have a white creature that we can make a lot of copies of)
Layer 9: Resolving a copy of Rowan, Fearless Sparkmage's ultimate ability can untap many copies of merged Nyx Lotuses.
Layer 10: Activating Rowan, Fearless Sparkmage will get many copies of the ability, thanks to Repeated Reverberation.
Layer 11: We can have 1 copy of Rowan, and 1 copy of Ugin, the Ineffable to destroy and recycle it.
Hmm, so that's just 2 activations of Rowan, so it's only a little bit better than the previous sequence. Still, an improvement is an improvement. What we would like is to get more Rowan activations. We can either limit it by our ability to destroy Rowan, or our ability to retrieve it from the graveyard/library. We could use Happily Ever After to draw Rowan at most 53 times (perhaps after an initial draw), but that only works if we can get rid of Bolas's Citadel.
Layer 10: Ugin, the Ineffable can destroy Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, allowing us to use her again.
Layer 9: Tapping a red mana land can generate a lot of red mana, thanks to Nikya of the Old Ways.
Layer 10: At the beginning of the end step, we can untap red mana lands many times thanks to [c]Wilderness Reclamation.
So 5 different Layer 10's starting from 53, so we get more than 10 -> 10 -> 10 -> 5 -> 11.
It would be nice to have many copies of red mana lands, so that each Wilderness Reclamation could untap them all. But, animating a land will allow Quasiduplicate to make copies of them cheaply, allowing us to trigger Evolution Sage too cheaply.
Hmm, yeah. So it appears that the sequence in post #137 is the best that we have so far. I would still like to replace Guildpact Informant with Evolution Sage, as that seems more extendible with possibly recycling lands. But, that conflicts with Beanstalk Giant, and I don't know how to get rid of that short of removing layers 2-4. Also, I'm not quite sure how to recycle the lands.
so turn 1 4x leyline of abundance + w/g gainland
turn 2 watery grave + mana dork (maraleaf pixie/skull prophet)
turn 3 land+Emergency powers
Though we are a bit tight on mana now there... (only 1 left)
Can drop TYS from addendum and then spend the mana to claim the firstborn to get up to 8G(UU/BB) though I'm not sure how to continue from there.
Edit: And we still need to animate a TYS, which requires white mana, so something like
Fertile footsteps for plains plains island 3 card in hand GGGGGBBUWW
On Alert x4 (silverflame squire) 2 cards in hand 18G6BUW
Corpse churn x5 1 noncreature card in hand, lots of enchantments in the yard 17G5BUW Thrashing Brontodon one of the green leylines so we can have an animated one 13G5BUW
Dance of the manse X=6 have all our artifacts/enchantments now 7G5B (TYS#2, Rhythm of the wild, both Leylines, Akroan war, Smothering Tithe, Happily ever after, nyx lotus) leaving corpse churn, quasiduplicate, devious cover-up, and ritual of soot in the yard 5 creatures in hand + 1 card+treasure from happily ever after
Fertile footsteps#2 for island island island island island forest 5G5B5U
Kinnan, pixie, pixie 1 card in hand 10G5B6U Scholar of the ages, getting quasiduplicate

Ritual of soot GGBBBUU
after one resolves,
Corpse churn milling the rest of our library GGBUU
kinnan, pixie (down to just B briefly) pixie prophet (12+G, UUU BB)
and we are comboing!
This line does require having kind of a lot of basics though. (can sac the treasure for blue to save a deckslot, but the treasure is probably more important.)
Edit: can't have nyx lotus and Silverflame squire, guess we need to fetch a mountain?

Edit: also, I realized we don't need to thrashing brontodon in the previous line because we can mill Mirrormade. Still cant really remove corpse churn though.
Nice work FortyTwo! Avoiding having Bolas's Citadel was something that would have been an advantage in the past with the layer sequences. Unfortunately I don't have a better sequence at the moment, since the current one relies on casting Banish Into Fable from the library using life. But it opens up a new set of possibilities, which is nice.
Corpse churn is used in the other line to fill both the GY and our hand for cheap, i'm not sure there's another card that does that in a safe way.
The second line is probably better anyway.
Layer 3: Fertile Footsteps fetches a mountain lots of times. It can be reused by drawing a card; after countering and shuffling it.
Layer 4: Killing an Enchanted Carriage enchanted with One with the stars triggers a lot of Hateful Eidolons. The only aura in the deck is OWTS, and its only target that is able to become a creature after being enchanted is Carriage - which in particular dodges Ritual of soot. I believe general artifact removal is not needed up to this point.
Layer 5: Paying life (say, to Doom Whisperer) charges a lot of Font of Agoniess allowing a lot of enchanted carriages to be killed
Layer 6: Grasping Thrull gains a lot of life thanks to Angel of Vitality in exchange for opponent's life (we don't have white mana for revenge)
Layer 7: A Sporeweb Weaver (or a lifelink creature) dealing damage to itself gains the opponent a lot of life
Layer 8: Triggering The Akroan War causes a lot of creatures to deal damage to themselves
Layer 9: A couple of proliferates trigger a lot of The Akroan Wars
Layer 10: Wanderer's Strike gets a lot of proliferates for one white mana
Layer 11: Tapping a Nyx Lotus (or a white mana land) produces a lot of white mana
Layer 13: Kiora can be used 4 times: once normally, once after killing her with Ugin, the Ineffable, and twice more by giving both of those walkers (via Role Reversal-ing Gideon Blackblade) to the opponent and attacking them in combat.
Edit: Kiora doesn't work, since she provides card draw too early in the sequence. Saheeli, Sublime Artificer should work though.
The blue mana can be generated by revive-ing the pixies.
Edit: new page so im putting the decklist from my previous post here.

Layer 1: Casting Claim the Firstborn can untap Skull Puppet many times, getting a lot of black mana.
Layer 2: Cast Fertile Footsteps from Beanstalk Giant can fetch a Mountain many times.
Layer 3: Casting Banish Into Fable from the library will bounce Beanstalk Giant to our hand many times, at the cost of life.
Layer 4: A Grasping Thrull can gain us a lot of life thanks to Angel of Vitality, at the cost of 2 life from the opponent.
Layer 5: A lifelink creature dealing damage to itself can gain us a lot of life for the opponent, thanks to Angel of Vitality.
Layer 6: Triggering step III of The Akroan War will cause a lot of tapped lifelink creatures to deal damage to themselves.
Layer 7: Resolving a couple of proliferate triggers will add lore counters to a bunch of The Akroan Wars.
Layer 8: Casting a Martyr for the Cause will allow us to create many copies, to be destroyed by Ritual of Soot for many proliferates.
Layer 9: Having an opponent draw a card can gain us a lot of white mana, thanks to Smothering Tithe.
Layer 10: We can put Happily Ever After into play up to 53 times.
Edit: Oh duh, we can reshuffle Martyr for the Cause into the library and cast it with life. Hmmm.
Edit: Okay, we can use Roalesk, Apex Hybrid, and kill it many times with Energy Bolt.
For your layer extensions, i think we want to give them Sporeweb weaver as an Imperial Ceratops impersonator instead of giving them lifelink guys to get a bunch of triggers instead of 1 big life bunch. (the spider is also handy for giving them more guys to swap)

If not, we have:

Layer 2: Tapping a Mountain generates a lot of red mana, thanks to Nikya of the Old Ways.
Layer 3: Cast Fertile Footsteps from Beanstalk Giant can fetch a Mountain many times.
Layer 4: Casting Banish Into Fable from the library will bounce Beanstalk Giant to our hand many times, at the cost of life.

Layer 6: A lifelink creature dealing damage to itself can gain us a lot of life for the opponent, thanks to Angel of Vitality.
Layer 7: Triggering step III of The Akroan War will cause a lot of tapped lifelink creatures to deal damage to themselves.
Layer 8: Resolving a couple of proliferate triggers will add lore counters to a bunch of The Akroan Wars.
Layer 9: Tapping 4 Karn's Bastions will get 4 proliferates, as will attacking with 4 Grateful Apparitions and 4 Guildpact Informants.
So something like 10 -> 10 -> 10 -> 7 -> 9, it looks like.
Edit: also, we get to grant haste to the proliferator via Claim the Firstborn so we get a lot more proliferates.

Layer 7: Casting Heliod's Intervention produces many copies.
Layer 8: Tapping a white mana land produces a lot of white mana, thanks to Nikya of the Old Ways
Layer 9: Resolving a couple of proliferate triggers will add lore counters to a bunch of Kiora Bests the Sea God.
Layer 10: Tapping 4 Karn's Bastion will get us 4 proliferates.
Layer 10: Attacking with many Guildpact Informants will get us many proliferates.
I was thinking of using Nyx Lotus for the white mana. The trouble is that we need a bunch of copies to exceed the previous layer sequence. So we'd have to limit it by card draw. But without the citadel we can't cast Banish into Fable using life.
And we have Angel of vitality so we have the white devotion.
Other than that, how are we not letting Rowan kill itself with the ultimate?
Saheeli, Sublime Articer can also get us untapped copies of Nyx Lotus, but only once per ability, so one layer less.
I tried another configuration:
Layer 1: Casting Claim the Firstborn can untap Skull Puppet many times, getting a lot of black mana, at the cost of 1 life.
Layer 2: A Revival // Revenge can gain us a lot of life thanks to Angel of Vitality, at the cost of life from the opponent.
Layer 3: A Sporeweb Weaver creature dealing damage to itself can gain a lot of life for the opponent, thanks to Angel of Vitality.
Layer 4: Triggering step III of The Akroan War will cause a lot of tapped lifelink creatures to deal damage to themselves.
Layer 5: Resolving a couple of proliferate triggers will add lore counters to a bunch of The Akroan Wars.
Layer 6: Putting a land into play will trigger many copies of Evolution Sage, getting us many proliferates.
Layer 7: Cast Fertile Footsteps from Beanstalk Giant can fetch a basic land many times.
Layer 8: Casting Usher to Safety from Silverflame Squire can bound Beanstalk Giant many times.
Layer 8: Mutating a Cloudpiercer will allow us to draw a card.
Layer 9: Making the opponent draw a card gets us a lot of red mana because of Smothering Tithes.
Layer 10: We can make the opponent draw 53 times.
Layer 9: Tapping a Nyx Lotus generates a lot of red mana.
Layer 10: Attacking with lots of Tenth District Veterans can untap Nyx Lotus many times.
Layer 10: Activating Saheeli, Sublime Artificer can create many untapped copies of Nyx Lotus.
So 5 different Layer 10's starting from 53, so we get more than 10 -> 10 -> 10 -> 5 -> 11.
It would be nice to have many copies of red mana lands, so that each Wilderness Reclamation could untap them all. But, animating a land will allow Quasiduplicate to make copies of them cheaply, allowing us to trigger Evolution Sage too cheaply.
Also, putting life below Beanstalk Giant doesn't work for a similar reason; it can be countered and shuffled back to the top of the library.
