Hi there. I recently opened a booster of Masters 25 and to my great surprise, I pulled a Mind Sculptor! However upon inspection of the card, I noticed the back of the card has scratches and streaks on it. The front of the card is mint. This was pack fresh and unfortunately I threw the package in the garbage. How bad does this affect the value of the card? I’m severely disappointed that they can’t do anything about it.
Unfortunately, Wizards and retailers don't have exchanges program or money back guarantees for damaged or misprinted cards, so the simplest solution is this... Mail me the damaged Jace which I can use in one of my commander decks (I can even issue a Fed-Ex or UPS pick up at my expense once you privately message me your address and availability), and I'll happily send you a fresh unopened Masters 25 pack (also at my expense). Then you get to not only have a mint rare and/or mythic as you deserve (potentially even a foil), but also the emotional high and excitement of opening another masters pack, which as we all know can be a cathartic and therapeutic experience.
I used to be a demigod, but now I'm an omnimage
