Trying to build another deck, specifically Jodah, Archmage Eternal, but the mana base is turning me off currently. Is there any way that I can cheaply fix my mana in a way that does not make the deck into a clunky mess. Becasue spending 98 dollars on a land is kind of absurd in my opinion. An example of clunky-ness would be like having fixed mana on turn 5, but 3 turns after still drawing into signets and lockets, but not answers. Any and all help apreciated. (Note, my most colored deck is a 3 colored, esper, Oloro deck, and i still have trouble with it to this day. I do not know all of the proper "Mana Curve" and other things.)

I have a 5c deck with a super budget mana base, but I run a lot of green for ramp and fixing. It works pretty well.
Budget:
If you got the monies:
UR Mizzix of the Izmagnus ~~~ Build your own win-condition: Finite Spellslinging
UR Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer ~~~ We are the Borg. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own.
WUB Oloro, Ageless Ascetic ~~~ A Guide to dying slowly
UBR Marchesa, the Black Rose ~~~ Marchesa's undying Marionettes
RGW Mayael the Anima ~~~ All Hail the Big Chungus
GWU Chulane, Teller of Tales ~~~ Permanents Only ETB Shenanigans
BGU Sidisi, Brood Tyrant ~~~ Sidisi's Restless Servants
WUBRG The Ur-Dragon ~~~ Dragons eat your face
Command Tower (obviously, but I hadn't seen it mentioned so )
Rupture Spire/Transguild Promenade/Gateway Plaza
Fellwar Stone
Darksteel Ingot
Mana Geode
You could also throw in Celestial Dawn. It'll make fixing irrelevant.
